Dr. Steven D. Cohen is an award-winning trusted dentist who has been helping people have a nicer smile and better dental health for well over three decades.
Dr. Cohen received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and did his undergraduate dental studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he received a Bachelor of Arts.
In addition to his studies, Steve was also an instructor at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s School of Dental Medicine in Hackensack, NJ.
He is also an accomplished speaker in the areas of Anterior Facial Trauma in Children, Pediatric Dentistry, Alternate Techniques to Local Anesthesia and Innovative Techniques in Cosmetic Dentistry. He can also be found speaking locally each February during Children's Dental Health Week.
Steve is recognized by many as a gentle and caring dentist and was voted the number one dentist (1998–2004) in Lincoln, Concord and Carlisle by the Community Newspaper Readers Choice Ballots. In addition, he has received the Regional Gold Dental Office Award three times.
Active in the community, Dr. Cohen was recognized by the Massachusetts Dental Society as an on-site volunteer following the September 11, 2001 tragedy. He also has sponsored the Sudbury Little League, the Sudbury Educational Resource Fund's (SERF) "Just Desserts" and Sudbury Day World, and Sudbury's Jamaica Jammin'.
Dr. Cohen also supports and volunteers in other programs such as the Masonic Angel Fund, Childhood Identification Program, CHIP events, F.I.S.H. and the Hop Brook Restoration Organization. In addition he is a past member in the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce.
